Congratulations on a new school year for your HFSO! A new year brings a fresh outlook and motivation to make an impact in the community. Whether you have a new HFSO board or pre-existing board, it is REQUIRED that your HFSO completes the update form each school year. Failure to complete this form in its entirety may render your HFSO disassociated from Humanity First USA.
